TNI Bureau: After the withdrawal of support by the JMM in Jharkhnd, Chief Minister Arjun Munda has recommended the dissolution of the Assembly at the Cabinet meeting this morning. He will meet the Governor at 11:30 to convey his position and stand.

Earlier, the JMM leaders met the Governor and submitted the letter of withdrawal to the BJP government in Jharkhand. The party claimed that the BJP did not hand over power to them as per the seat sharing agreement, which gave 28 months each to both parties.
The Congress is yet to make its stand clear in Jharkhand. If there is no alliance between the JMM and Congress, President’s Rule may be imposed in Jharkhand. Fresh polls are also likely in the state.
