TNI Bureau: Amaravati becomes the New Capital of Andhra Pradesh, with the issuance of Official Gazette Notification.

Parliament had earlier passed the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation (Amendment) Bill, declaring Amaravati as the sole and permanent capital of Andhra Pradesh.
