TNI Bureau:  Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal on Tuesday said that the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) examinations for classes 10 and 12 will be conducted after February 2021.

Examinations will be held on 30% of reduced syllabus and will have 33% internal choices. The exact dates of these exams will be announced later after assessing the situation, said Union Education Minister during a live interaction with teachers.

While attendinding the webinar the Union Minister added that there could be an alternative to practical exams owing to the Covid-19 pandemic. He also said that there is no possibility of conducting the board exams in online mode as many schools are in rural areas.
