TNI Bureau: World No. 3 Saina Nehwal suffered a shock defeat at the Frendh Open Super Series final, as he lost to Japanese Minatsu Mitani 19-21, 11-21 in a tough battle.

The Japanese, who is ranked 26th in the World, stunned Saina with her poweful performace in the final. Probably, Saina had become complacent after reaching the final. She had beaten Juliane Schenk of Germany in the semis.
