TNI Bureau: India has seen a steady increase in the arrival of oil tankers at its ports, reinforcing the country’s fuel supply system amid ongoing global uncertainties. Several vessels carrying crude oil and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) have recently docked or are expected to arrive shortly, ensuring that domestic demand continues to be met without disruption.

A notable feature of this development is the diversification of supply routes and sources. Some tankers that were initially headed to other countries have been redirected to India, highlighting the country’s growing importance in the global energy market.

Key ports on both the western and southern coasts, including those in Gujarat and Karnataka, have been handling these incoming shipments.
