Sodomy Case: Raghavji expelled from BJP

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has started the clean-up act after the sodomy allegations against one of his Cabinet colleagues, created a huge uproar in Madhya Pradesh politics. Former Madhya Pradesh Finance Minister Raghavji, who was sacked from the Cabinet, was expelled from the primary membership of the party today. An FIR has also been filed against him, paving the way for his arrest.

RaghavjiRaghavji had resigned from the Cabinet after a complaint was filed by his domestic help, who alleged that he was sodomised by the former minister. Senior BJP leader Shiv Shankar Pateria, who claimed that he was the man behind the CDs, was also suspended from the party.

Pateria revealed that he motivated the domestic help to prepare 22 CDs so that he can clean up the BJP. However, the party has not taken his act kindly. It was reported that Raghavji and his aides sexually abused the domestic help in the CD.
