TNI Bureau: Light to heavy rains and hailstorm hit Delhi last night, bringing the temperature down. Waterlogging has been reported across Delhi. Traffic movement has been badly affected due to this. The rain was attributed to a western disturbance over the Himalayas.

Dense fog has been reported from Delhi, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. Snowfall occurred in Jammu & Kashmir, triggering the fear of an avalanche. The Srinagar-Jammu National Highway has been blocked since Thursday.
