TNI Bureau: India virtually took control of the first test match against England in Ahmedabad, as Cheteshwar Pujara hit his second test hundred. Pujara and Yuvraj batted aggressively, yet sensibly this morning to bat England out of the game.

Resuming from the overnight score of 323/4, India reached 410/4 at Lunch. Pujara, who completed his second test hundred, is batting on 133. Comeback man Yuvraj Singh has completed his half-century. He is batting on 72.

Both Pujara and Yuvraj have added 127 runs for the fifth wicket so far. Yesterday’s hero Greaeme Swann has failed to make any big impact today, as the Indian batsmen perfectly negotiated him. He was unlucky not to get a couple LBW decisions against Yuvraj though.
