Nasir Jamshed, who scored third consecutive hundred against India, was declared ‘Man of the Match’. The Pakistani bowlers did extremely well while the Indian batsmen failed to rise to the occasion.
Chasing a victory target of 251, India was never in the match and bowled out for 165 in 48 overs. Dhoni remained unbeaten on 54, while Sehwag scored 31. Junaid Khan and Saeed Ajmal took three wickets each, while Umar Gul took two wickets.
