TNI Bureau: The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Tuesday announced the results of the Odisha Civil Services Examination 2024, with 200 candidates, including 78 women, qualifying in the recruitment test.
Bubun Sahoo secured the first rank in the examination, while Sovna Mohanty and Jitamitra Sahu secured the second and third positions respectively. Kanak Jain ranked fourth, followed by Sangram Pradhan in fifth place. Aman Goyal, Santanu Kumar Satapathy, Nitesh Kumar Barik, Seetal Patra and Itishree Jena completed the top 10 list.
According to OPSC, four women and six men are among the top 10 successful candidates. The commission has recommended all 200 qualified candidates to the state government for appointment.
The selection process was based on the Main written examination conducted from January 31 to February 10, 2026, followed by personality tests held between May 14 and May 20, 2026. Candidates have been advised to check the official OPSC website for detailed results.
