Odisha Chief Minsiter Naveen Patnaik has approved an Interpretation Centre at Barpalli in Bargarh district on ‘Nature Poet Gangadhar Meher’.

The Interpretation Centre shall be implemented by Department of Tourism with a project cost of Rs. 45 lakh.
The State of Art Interpretation Centre shall have audio visuals on the life of Poet Gangadhar Meher, popularly known as Swabhab Kabi.
The artifacts relating to his works and his life shall also be showcased in this Interpretation Centre.
