TNI Bureau: After losing to Delhi by 10 wickets in the previous match, Odisha defeated Haryana by 4 wickets in a thriller in Ranji Trophy match in Rohtak. It was a remarkable success for the Odisha team, as they won the match on Haryana’s turf in difficult conditions.

Odisha needed 148 runs to win the match. At close on Day 3, they were 60/3. They lost two quick wickets today and reeling at 81/5 at one stage. However, Deepak Behera and Lagnajit Samal batted cautiously to see the team through.

Odisha reached 152/6 to take the game. Govind Poddar made 51, while Deepak Behera remained unbeaten on 35. For Haryana, Mohit Sharma and Chanderpal Saini took two wickets each.
