The Nanded police reportedly examined the forensic evidences and decided to file a case. According to sources, Togadia’s speech against MIM MLA Akbaruddin Owaisi could be termed as “hatred”, but it could be difficult to dub them as communal.

Togadia is currently attending the ‘Dharm Sansad’ in Allahabad. It would be interesting to see whether the Maharashtra Police dare to arrest him or not.
