Officials said another body was recovered on Thursday and taken to SSKM Hospital for identification. Personnel from the Indian Army, NDRF and other agencies remain engaged in the rescue operation.

Meanwhile, speaking in the Assembly, Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari alleged irregularities in the approval of the warehouse construction plan. He claimed the project was sanctioned despite structural flaws and said a government fact-finding report on the incident had already been submitted.

The investigation into the cause of the collapse is underway.
