With two consecutive losses, Pakistan is now in the danger of being eliminated from the tournament. Pakistan had lost to West Indies in the first game, while South Africa had lost to India. India will take on West Indies today.

Jamshed (42) and Misbah-ul-Haq (55) were the top scorers. For South Africa, McLaren took 4 wickets. Tsotsobe and Morris took two wickets each. Hashim Amla was declared “Man of the Match”.
