TNI Bureau: In a big development, Shiv Sena leader Subhash Desai addressed the media and said that Sena Supremo Bal Thackeray is stable and recovering fast. He dismissed all speculations about Thackeray’s health and said the good wishes and prayers of the fans and supporters and working wonders.
The announcement came as a big relief to the thousands of people who gathered outside Matoshree and those who have glued to the TV sets to know about the latest on Bal Thackeray’s health.
Hectic activities can be seen in and around Matoshree today. Even the security personnel have been put on high alert. Senior leaders such as Gopinath Munde, Nitin Gadkari, Chhagan Bhujbal and Manohar Joshi and Bollywood stars such as Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Salman Khan and Mahesh Manjrekar were among those who visited Bal Thackeray.
