TNI Bureau: Odia cricketers Md. Jaffer Iqbal and Pankaj Bhue returned to Bhubaneswar after being part of the winning team of T20 World Cup for Blind. India defeated Pakistan by 29 runs in the final in Bangalore to avenge the defeat of 2006 and lift the title.

Jaffer and Pankaj were felicitated by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at the Secretariat. The CM congratulated the duo for showing their talent defying all odds and bringing laurels to the state with their performance.

In the final against Pakistan, Pankaj Bhue took three wickets for 37 runs and emerged as the most successful bowler.
