Kuntala Kumari always tried to bring sweetness from the world of enmity. She was also a good writer of Orissa.

Dr. Ray discussed some of the creations of Kuntala Kumari including Prema Chintamani, Anjali, Sphulinga and other creations. The creations of Kuntala Kumari are the mixture of Rabindra Nath Tagores’s , Swamy Vivekanand’s love towards mankind, Radhanath Ray’s Romanticism. She was a love poet with purity. She can be described as the Nightingale of Odisha. Dr. Ray concluded that the creations of Kuntala Kumari Sabat needs proper recognition not only in the state but at the national level also. More research should be done on the creations of Kuntala Kumari Sabat.
