TNI Bureau: At a time when the mysterious kidnapping and murder case of five-year-old girl ‘Pari’ in the district is yet to be resolved, another minor girl has been found dead in Nayagarh.
Body of a three-year old girl Swati (Pihu), who had gone missing since last Friday, recovered from a pond in Badhipatana village under Ranapur block in Nayagarh district.
Police have recovered the body and started an investigation into her death.
Swati went missing while she was playing near her house, following which her parents lodged a missing complaint at the police station.
Earlier on Monday morning, a seven-year-old girl who had gone missing on December 11, was found dead near a pond at Sundarkoili village under Baliapal police limits in Balasore district.
