TNI Bureau: The post-mortem of the Delhi Police constable Subhash Tomar contradicted the statements of two eyewitnesses and Medical superintendent of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital. The report said that Tomar was hit by a blunt object, his ribs were fractured.
The report said that Tomar had myocardial infarction and its complication that could be precipitated by ante mortem injuries to neck and chest produced by blunt force impact. The report also says that there was effusion of blood present in soft tissues and muscles of neck.
The report did not match with the statements by Pauline, who is seen in the video footage of the incident along with another eye witness Yogendra. Pauline said that she and Yogendra helped constable after he had fallen down on the road. She said that the constable collapsed.
However, the death raises several questions after two eye witnesses revealed and the post-mortem report was out as both are contradictory.
