SRC, Rayagada holds Sensitization Workshop for Voluntary Teachers

A two day sensitization workshop for Preraks and VTs(voluntary teachers) was organized by State Resource Centre for Adult & Continuing Education(SRC), Rayagada. The workshop was held at Patrapur block conference hall.

Block Development Officer Mr.Lalit Kumar Kanhar, Block Education Officers Mr.Abhiram Behra & Mr. Kailash Chandra Behra attended the program as resource persons.

They advised the participants to strongly exhibit their role to teach properly  to neo-literates. They said that need of functional, financial, legal & electoral literacy will overcome all huddles for the illiterates and synthesize them into the mainstream of development.

Sri Bhagabat Padhi & Sri Sudarsan Biswal presented  various activities of SRC and role of NIOS(National Institute of Open Schooling) to support higher education through power point presentation(PPT).
