Insight Bureau: The Saheed Nagar police on Wednesday arrested builder & managing director of Sarala Realcon Pvt Ltd, Gayadhar Jena over a land fraud case & forwarded him to the court.
Jena was arrested for duping customers of Rs 4 lakh.
He has been arrested four times before this on similar fraud charges.
