Tendulkar played 463 ODIs and scored 18,426 runs at an average of 44.83. He scored 49 hundreds and 96 fifties. Tendulkar was the first batsman in the history of ODI to score a double hundred. Sehwag achieved that milestone later.

Tendulkar had a dream of winning the World Cup and he did it in 2011. That was the only dream he is pursuing.
