TNI Bureau: The Pakistani Army and ISI had hatched a plan to attack the Indian jawans at the LoC. They could not dare to do it on their own. Instead, they sent a group of Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT) and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorists to attack from behind. One of the terrorists, who beheaded martyr Hemraj Singh, was identified as Anwar Khan.
The conspiracy was reportedly hatched by the top Army and ISI brass, if we believe the Intelligence Bureau, RAW and Military Intelligence, who have decoded the entire operation.
Pakistan Army’s unit based in Tattapani in PoK was reportedly involved in the operation. Subedar Jabbar Khan led the operation. Anwar Khan, the coward, who beheaded Hemraj, was also involved in another beheading in 1996.
It was also reported that Anwar Khan was rewarded Rs 5 lakh by the Pakistani Army and ISI for this cowardice act.
