Bhubaneswar: Travel between Odisha and Karnataka is set to become smoother and more convenient as the Odisha State Road Transport Corporation (OSRTC) has announced a new Volvo bus service connecting Puri and Bengaluru.
The service, Shree Jagannath Express, will officially begin operations on Wednesday.
The new long-route service will operate daily between Puri and Bengaluru, passing through major cities including Bhubaneswar, Berhampur, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Ongole, Nellore, and Tirupati.
According to the schedule released by OSRTC, the bus departs from Puri at 9:00 AM and reaches Bengaluru at 10:16 AM the following day. In the return direction, the bus leaves Bengaluru at 5:30 PM and arrives in Puri at 6:46 PM the next day.
