The sensational NRI Anmol Sarna murder case has taken a decisive turn with the arrest of six people in connection with the murder of the 20-year-old. Four of Anmol’s friends and two guards of an Apartment where the murder took place, have been taken into custody.

According to police, the youth were drunk and also took drugs at the party hosted at the flat of one of the accused at South Park Apartments in Kalkaji in South Delhi on Saturday night. There wad a scuffle and Anmol was hit by a heavy object. He had several injuries on his head and body.

The police recovered Sarna in a critical condition and rushed him to the AIIMS, where he succumbed to his injuries. Sarna held a US passport and was to return to the US for further studies. His family had shifted to Delhi in January 2013.

Anmol’s friends, who are accused of murder, have been identified as Shivang Gambhir alias Chikki, Madhav Bhandari, Rhytham and Pranel.
