Mobile major Nokia has launched Lumia 1020, which comes with 41-megapixel camera, in New York. This is another attempt of the Finnish firm to compete with its rival Samsung and Apple in the Smartphone market.
The Lumia 1020 is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 2GB of RAM, and the Windows 8 operating system. The phone comes with a 4.5-inch AMOLED WXGA (1280×768) display, 32GB of internal memory. The company is also offering 7GB free SkyDrive cloud storage.
The Nokia Lumia 1020 will be available in yellow, white and black. The phone will hit the US markets with AT&T for two-year contract from July 26 at a price of $299.99. It is expected to arrive in China, European countries this quarter. However, there is no data for launch in India.
