Narendra Modi beats Obama in Google Search

The ‘Modi Buzz’ across the world, is clearly visible, as Narendra Modi broke the record set by US President Barack Obama by becoming the most searched person on Google in a single day. That showed the people’s curiosity to know about him.

ModiOn the day of his anointment as BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate, Modi was searched by around 1000077332 (Over one billion) people on search engine giant, Google. The previous record was held by Obama, when he had received 9877532 searches in a single day during the US Presidential elections.

It is worth mentioning that Narendra Modi is marching ahead on Twitter (@narendramodi) with 2,304,354 followers as of September 15, 2013. In addition, he has 3,939,873 likes on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/narendramodi). Both his Twitter and Facebook counts are growing every passing day.
