The Indian Rupee has breached the 61-mark against the USD and was hovering at 61.10 during the initial trading. On Friday, it had closed at 60.23 against the US Dollar.
The previous lowest of Rupee came on June 26, when it hit the mark of 60.76 against the USD. The decline of Rupee and other major currencies in the world, has been attributed to the US Job Data, which revealed that 195,000 jobs were created in the US in June 2013.
The Rupee may slide further and breach the 62 mark in the next few days, if we believe the industry experts.
