TNI Bureau: WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange lost the last battle, as Britain’s Supreme Court has ordered his extradition to Sweden over the charges of sex crimes.
The judges delivered a 5-2 verdict against Assange, paving way for his extradition. He will now face criminal charges in Sweden.
Julian Assange still has an option to approach the European Court of Human Rights, but it won’t save him from being extradited to Sweden.
Assange, who shot into fame after publishing hundreds of thousands of secret cables and classified documents from the US, is a most wanted man in Sweden, as he faces sex crime charges there.
