Breaking: The agitating BPUT students clashed with police while vandalising properties outside the official residence of Technical Education Secretary & acting Vice Chancellor Sanjay Singh in Bhubaneswar.
The police had to resort to baton charge to disperse the rampaging BPUT students, who were demanding postponement of their semester exams.
