TNI Bureau: Anti-graft crusader Anna Hazare and former army chief general VK Singh took on the UPA government over the recent decisions, demanding the dissolution of parliament. Singh, who was already in the news for targeting the government in the recent past, now took his battle from legal to political level.
Addressing a press conference with Anna Hazare in Mumbai, the former general attacked the government, opposing the tough decisions such as FDI in retail taken by the UPA government.
Both said that the Parliament should be dissolved and the country should go for fresh elections.
