The Polar Heart Rate Monitor includes RS300X that helps to train at the right intensity with personal sport zones, then the FT7 – Energy Pointer that informs when the main effect the training is fitness improvement or fat burning and the third one, the RS800CX that measures detailed information about one’s performance.
The device also displays about calories burned, distance covered, active steps taken and the duration of your activity and also presents feedback on the effect of your training after the session.
