The tourist, Sebastian Rosario Contiguglia was admitted to the SCB on November 26. He was diagnosed with inflammation of the brain. The doctors clarified that his blood pressure fell suddenly and he had problems in breathing, which led to his death.

However, some volunteers have alleged that he was shifted out of the ICU in a critical condition without any valid reason, which led to his death. The hospital authorities have denied these allegations.
