‘Grand Masti’ mints Rs 67 Crore in Opening Week

The ‘adult comedy’, “Grand Masti” has earned Rs 67 crore at the Box Office in the opening week. Despite poor reviews given by the critics, the movie did exceptionally well across India.

Grand-MastiAccording to Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh, ‘Grand Masti’ earned Rs 12.51 crore on Friday, Rs 13.21 crore on Saturday, Rs 14.46 crore on Sunday, Rs 7.75 crore on Monday, Rs 7.42 crore on Tuesday, Rs 6.25 crore on Wednesday and Rs 5.40 crore on Thursday, making it Rs 67 crore in total.

The movie was criticised for its dialogues and sexual comedy, it went well with the youth, who gave a thumbs up to the film. ‘Grand Masti’ was made at a cost of Rs 35 crore. It stars Vivek Oberoi, Aftab Shivdasani and Riteish Deshmukh in the lead role. It is a sequel of “Masti”.
